I am Miss Kite I am interested within your suite for rent.  I’m 36, I have a solid income through Administrative Assistant work. I prefer a healthy environment, am quite kept to myself, clean, respectable, energy efficient, do not have parties, have company over, smoke, or do illicit drugs.  My hobbies include reading, drawing, painting, and anything athletic. 

I, gym, cook plant based and would like to settle in hoping this is the ideal place for me to begin.  I am just looking to secure a place with a tenancy agreement and damage deposit anywhere from now onwards and looking to move in September 30th 2025.
