Julius & Katrina

Hello, we’re Julius and Katrina, a couple moving from Montreal to Victoria mid-September. I am originally from Belgium and Katrina is American. We’ve been wanting to find a house in which we can live with other people. We love a good community vibe, but value our own space and that of others! We’re both very creative people. Katrina has her own watercolor stationary business. She also loves to sing, hike, and go to music festivals. I am an aspiring videographer, and also love to surf, hike, and cycle. We love pets, although we don’t own any currently. We don’t plan on having a car, so parking isn’t necessary. Since both Katrina and I need space to work, a nice open living room area or office would be ideal. The only must for us is to be able to have our own bathroom. If there are people out there interested in renting a house together, whether couples or singles, let us know! We’d love to meet new faces! Between the two of us, our budget is between $800-$1500 (depending on a room vs. apartment). Thank you!! 🙂
