Hi! We are Ivan (30) and Alessia (25), a couple from Italy. We’ll be moving to Vancouver at the end of October and are looking for a room in a well-connected apartment with good access to public transportation.

We’re both easy-going, respectful, and clean individuals who value a peaceful and friendly living environment. We enjoy socializing but also respect personal space and quiet time. In our free time, we love reading and going to the gym.
