Hi, I’m Maxim 👋 My home is on Salt Spring Island with my wife and daughter, so I’ll only be staying in the room 2–4 days a week while part-time teaching as a Hospitality and Culinary Instructor, or sometimes after I play a hockey game at Fuller Lake Arena. I’m very quiet, extremely neat and tidy, and always respectful of shared spaces. I usually eat my meals at VIU, so I won’t be using the kitchen much — though I do love cooking, gardening, and spending time in nature. I also enjoy meditation and keeping a positive, calm atmosphere. I don’t smoke or drink, and I really value a clean, peaceful home environment. I’m easygoing, considerate, and I respect personal space.
