Pal and I are still looking for: ~community oriented roommate(s) who’d be down to collab on meals sometimes, projects etc and also appreciate solo time. ~value communication and conflict resolution

~happy to support some snowbirds with house, plant or pet care for the winter if it’s the right fit

~I’m tidy and not obsessively clean; I am realistic in the ways I will take care of my space

~I am up early and bed by 10pm unless I get wild and toss on a movie with some bangin’ nachos

~I am a mover: i’d like space outside of my bedroom to stretch, yoga, keep some bands n things

Would be sweet to have these thingssss ~fenced in yard ~not a basement (or has access to upstairs) ~no cats unfortunately even though I love ’em ~solo bedroom and living room space for myself but shared kitchen yard etc is fine ~oct to march/april but casual month to month works too ~mostly furnished
