Jo Baker and Oscar

I am a middle aged lass with a very well behaved dog named Oscar.

I have several sources of income. For money I work as a waiter, and a cleaning lady. For love I produce standup comedy shows and sometimes there’s money. 🙄

I also vend cute things I make at farmers markets and have a small income from a website. I do like to sew, but that would be done in my room.

Oscar is a great dog. He never wrecks things or gets into the garbage, he won’t steal food or shoes or dig up a couch or scratch at the door. I don’t care if my roomies are young or old, what race they are or gender, queer or straight… but you have to love dogs! 😁

I’m fairly quiet, I don’t blare music or TV, I tend to listen to podcasts. It won’t bother me if my roomies do tho, as long as it’s not Skrillex 🤦‍♂️

I’m clean and tidy, and I do like it that way. I don’t like piled up dishes, one or two is fine until you get to them. Bathrooms should be spotless and I don’t mind making that happen. I am also a very handy person, I have many power tools and I know how to use them. 🛠💪 I don’t mind doing jobs like shoveling snow or fixing things.

I am a very reliable person, what I say I follow though with. I work hard and try to have fun in life. Be prepared to laugh a lot!☺️

My only glitch is my credit is maxed out, so even though I pay the bills on time the score is sitting around 600. I’m seeking a more economical way of living so my standard will rise. I am ideally looking for Oct 1st but I can hold out for Nov 1.
