Hi — I’m Warren (47). I’ve just completed heavy equipment operator school and I’m currently a crane apprentice, with a millwright ticket. I’m preparing for an overseas / FIFO contract and looking for a short-term room (1–3 months, possibly longer depending on offer) in Fort Garry, Transcona, or someplace quiet

A bit about me:

Quiet, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.

Non-smoker and sober.

Reliable: rent paid on time; I treat other people’s space like my own, ill have my own freezer (it gets crowded fast right?), and will contribute to cleaning tidying

Need: reliable internet, safe parking (street or driveway), and a partly furnished room would be a plus, but I have everything its just put away

Quick logistics: I’m in transition for work, available immediately for viewing or a video tour, and happy to provide references on request.
