Im a female, about to be 33 in November.
In November I will also celebrate 4 years of being clean and sober from drugs and alcohol, with the accepting Marijuana for medical reasons.
I am looking for a room for rent, for myself for the time being. I am hoping to find somewhere that is “Addiction/Recovery sensitive environment” at least for the SHARED COMMON AREAS. -My party days are over!!
Once I am moved and settled in, I plan to return to work and enroll back in College.
I am a clean and quiet person. I am very friendly, I pull my own weight around the home and have no problem jumping in and helping others.
As for monthly rent, I have guaranteed income from ODSP to be able to pay my rent each month. ODSP does offer paying rent amount to the landlord each month directly, this eliminates any issues with rent being paid on time and ensures the landlord will get thier rent each month, no problems.
I am looking for a quiet place to start my new life and the next chapter of my life!!
