Hi, my name is michael.

I work full-time as a chef for a restaurant in downtown Vancouver. I’m actively searching for a new house and one or two amazing housemates!!

I have a few small medium size dogs in my care. They are well trained, housebroken, non-shedding and hypoallergenic. I run them 2 to 3 times a day, and use pet gates around the house to control their movement when I’m not at work. They are curious, friendly, and playful!

I keep busy with work and make sure I get adequate rest in my downtime. I enjoy cooking at home socializing with housemates, and keep very active as well. Enjoy running and hiking on the North Shore. As well as trail riding with my mountain bike, playing hockey, listening to music.

I have rented my home for the past 9 years in Vancouver, and it is now on the slate to be renovated in the new year.

Thus, I am on the lookout for a new home!! My budget ranges from 1500 to 2000 a month depending on the place. Would prefer to live with two, maximum, three people. (myself included.) Unfortunately, not interested in teaming up with other pet owners, as my crew are a little bit of a pack. ( unless they are fish or a hamster or something like that..)

As far as housemates go, I’m looking for somebody who has a similar budget, Ideally has a full-time job or job and school where they have a consistent schedule. Open to age brackets.

Would prefer somebody that is mature, friendly, outgoing, and understands what it takes to keep a house running smoothly; i.e. communication, and collaboration, keeping the house clean;
