Helena

Hi, I’m Helena. I’m currently backpacking through Canada and enjoying the adventure of exploring new places. I love being active – whether it’s cycling, running, horse riding, or working out at the gym back home. Cooking and baking are also passions of mine, and when I want to slow down, I enjoy getting lost in a good book.

I recently graduated from high school and am now studying psychology at a German distance university. This trip is my chance to combine my love for travel with my curiosity about people and the world around me.
