Hey. I’ve been living with my partner in downtown Nanaimo at a very nice old character home and our house recently sold. My partner and I are going our separate ways and looking at places available for a single occupant are very expensive.

I have a disability that affects me intermittently. When I’m feeling well, I try to work as much as I can to make extra money doing gig work. I also compose and mix music and sound for film/tv when ever I can get work in the field, so someone who’s into music would be cool. (I have a couple small monitor speakers, but am very conscious and empathetic to people I share space with and use headphones if someone is going to bed or needs quiet time.)

I also have some furniture and a really great 4K projector with a gaming computer for gaming or movie nights. I’m also respectful of people who just want to have private space. I’m very flexible. Teaming up to find a new place would be preferable. And if you need help finding or moving a bed anddressers, etc. into a new space, I can help you figure that out and help pick it up and move it in for you.

I’m a very easy going person, I like cooking and sharing what I cook. I enjoy putting my headphones on and listening to music and cleaning.

I guess I’m just seeing if I can find someone cool to chat with to see if we could be compatible in a space. And hey, maybe it’s a good way to make a pal.

Also, once in a while, I look after my autistic nephew. His name’s Ryder and he’s rad. He’s a bit high energy, but loves everybody. He’s also highly entertaining and everyone who has met him loves him. Just a little joy bomb once in a while.

(Also, I said cannabis friendly, but I don’t smoke cannabis, my mom does, she’s cooler than me)
