I’m a quiet professional who has lived alone for the past 3 years and looking to cut down costs. I’m a big nerd who enjoys comics, video games, and movies. I don’t own a car, but primarily use a bicycle for commuting (or bus, if need be). I also enjoy practicing yoga at home.

I’m a non-smoker, non-drug user (including pot), and very rarely drink (maybe every few months).

Since I work for Eastlink, I can get corporate discounts on their services that is often a lot less than regular prices. I don’t work from home and commute to the office in Dartmouth Monday to Friday.

I also have a bonded pair of indoor cats (Ruff & Tuff!). They’re both fixed, non-destructive, playful sweet boys. They might get along well with other cats, as they came from a foster home with other cats. The worst they might do is get the zoomies and chase each other around.

My rent goes up next year, so I’m not in a HUGE rush to move in, but I’d like to find somewhere new before the end of the year. Ideally, I’d like to make this the last move I have to make in a very long time.
