I am looking for someone to team up with to sign a new lease in the west queen west area, I have a realtor and have already viewed places I like. I am allergic to cats so no pets and I am only interested in this area.

About me - I’m 33, have lived here 3 years and I’m from England. I work with dogs and I work long hours in office Monday - Thursday. I am allergic to cats so no cat houses sadly. I’m social and am often out with my friends when I’m not working, could be at the gym, brunch, drinks, dinner with the girls or exploring the city. I love music mainly pop and country music so I’m often out at a concert.

What I am looking for - My previous roomate and I got on very well and I would be hoping to find someone I can be friends with, share a glass of wine or cup of coffee and watch a movie but also be respectful of each others space. I’m clean and like to keep shared spaces tidy and sanitary, but I’m not super strict or obsessive about it — just looking for someone who’s chill but respectful in the same way.
