My budget is flexible depending on location and included amenities, though I prefer something within easy access to public transportation (TTC subway or streetcar) and essential services such as grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, but it should have enough space for a bed, desk, and storage. I value a peaceful, tidy atmosphere with friendly and considerate roommates who respect privacy. Ideally, utilities and internet would be included in the rent, and I’m available to move in anytime between now and next month
