We are looking for someone to ‘team up’ with to rent a house. My wife and I are both late 20s working professionals, we enjoy trying new restaurants and having games nights. My wife is a professional musician and will have to practice her instrument in the house for a few hours every day. Teams up would be made on the understanding that this practice will happen between agreed upon hours. Our budget reflects what we are putting forward for rent, doesn’t reflect how much we expect a roommate to contribute. Looking to team up with someone LGBT+ friendly (we are a lesbian couple), preferably also female. Open to those with pets already, 420 friendly but due to health issues we would ask not to room with someone who needs to smoke in the house.
