We are looking for someone to ‘team up’ with to rent a house. My wife and I are both late 20s working professionals, we enjoy trying new restaurants and having games nights. My wife is a professional musician and will have to practice her instrument in the house for a few hours every day. Team up would be made on the understanding that this practice will happen between agreed upon hours. I work full time, shifting schedule. Looking for someone LGBT+ friendly (we are a lesbian couple). Open to those with pets already, 420 friendly but due to health issues we would ask not to room with someone who needs to smoke in the house.
