I’m 33, non-smoker, no pets, and work for the BC Government on Salt Spring Island. I’m looking for a place near the Crofton ferry terminal to call home.

I currently live in North Saanich and commute via the Swartz Bay ferry, but the schedule isn’t very convenient. Moving closer to Crofton ferry terminal would make my commute much easier.

I can provide as many references as you’d like, my current landlord can also confirm that I’ve always paid rent on time and taken good care of the place.
