I’m Suhayl, a 22-year-old Masters Student at IBU (Downtown Toronto Campus) and self-employed professional looking for a friendly and easygoing roommate(s) to share a comfortable and peaceful home.

Location: Preferably in Downtown Toronto or North York. Room: A private room with an ensuite bathroom. Budget: Around $500–$600 per month. Move-in Date: December 1st.

About Me: I’m clean, respectful, and fairly quiet. I like keeping things tidy and organized, and I’m always mindful of others’ privacy and comfort. Most of the time, I’m either studying at home or spending time at the library. I’m easygoing and friendly, and I enjoy living in a calm and positive environment.
