I’m 29 yrs old taking last Sem of Interior Design but looking to rent for a Yr $700 util not included. I am Neat , organized, quite and clean person. I can offer to tidy up the place every weekend since i have OCD i love cleaning. I dont much have stuffs with me since i go home sometimes at my parents and just really needs a place to stay DT for sch. Im Filipina- extrovert. I have part time job as a receptionist mostly WONT BE HOME by WED nights till THURSDAYS and if so sometimes will have a guest over (Chinese BF) lives in Mississauga that once in a while visits me. looking for a room to rent or team ups that wants to live Somewhere DOWNTOWN TORONTO as long as close to waterfront since my school is there. pls reach me if ur interested
