I am a 37 year old gay male. Freshly back in BC after years away in SK following a divorce.

I am excited and happy to be on my own. After the hellish year I have been through and the chaos for years prior to that, I am looking for a place that protects my peace and happiness above all things.

I do not smoke, I rarely drink, I dont party at all. No loud music from me! Im very low key and I LOVE it that way. Rural or outside city limits would be wonderful! We like it quiet and boring!

I am searching for a place that will allow me to keep what is left of my small family together as they have given me so much. I have a 7 year old corgi named Cheddar who is VERY well behaved and loves everyone he meets. I also have two retired old grandma Exotic Shorthair cats. I used to breed and show internationally before my divorce. This is all that is left of my bloodline of national winners. I cant bear to part with them. We have been all over together! All they do is sleep and snuggle now. Very clean. Used to being in one room so if they need to be confined to my bedroom that is absolutely fine.

I work for the railway so I am out of town overnight a couple times a week. I really would love to find a roommate (roommates?) Who wouldnt mind letting him out while I am gone. Im happy to either pay a bit more of the rent or help in other ways to compensate. Cheddar will also will snuggle the heck out of you for his contribution!

I owned my own home and had many tenants myself in my suite. I understand things from a landlords perspective. Im a very clean and respectful tenant. Just looking for a fresh start for me and my little fam.
