Hi, I am a Fitness instructor with a small allergy friendly dog. I am looking for a female roommate who does not do any recreational drugs, respectful, and communicate effectively. I can be a bit messy but if there is clear communication and rules set in place, I will respect them and follow them fully.

My dog is a miniature schnauzer and she is fully vaccinated and potty trained. She does all of her business outdoors. She goes to the pet sitter’s home when I go to work.

I usually spend my time working, or outside with my dog, working out or cooking/baking. I am mindful of how much electricity and water I use and try my best to he quiet to not disturb my roommates.

It is really important that my roommate does not do recreational drugs and is courteous such as asking when there are visitors especially male visitors/overnight visitors and ofcourse, I always do the same.

Having a dog, I wash all her things like bowls and boots in the washroom to keep the kitchen area sanitary.
