My friend Devon and I are looking for a new friend or two to find a place with us in Abbotsford to create a cozy feel-good space filled with good energy and laughs.

We would like to make the space as warming to all housemembers as possible. We’re looking for someone who is emotionally mature and values respect and open communication. We’re hoping to move on Jan 1st-Feb 1st. Devon’s rent budget is $900-$950, and my budget is $1100-$1200 though I have a bit more flexibility for the right space.

About us: LGBTQ+ friendly household. We are both severely allergic to cats, but are fine with other animals. We are both night owls. While we’re not necessarily noisy, we’re hoping to find someone who isn’t a super light sleeper or is also a night owl so we don’t have to tip toe at night (a good house layout could probably help avoid issues with that though).

We are chill, easygoing people, but like to have fun too. We both value having our alone time to recharge, but do love social time. We love a good gaming night and wine & movie nights. Though we don’t partake, we are cannabis friendly.
