I’m an introverted full time student that spends my free time reading books, doing research on topics I enjoy, and watching youtube. I’m looking to rent a room mostly to have a more convenient, private living space instead of SFU dorms. My parents pay for my living costs so paying rent on time is not an issue, this also means I would have a somewhat thorough move-in plan in order to make sure they aren’t worried.
