Hi! Looking for a Feb move-in date. My sister will be with me for the first two months before she moves to Alberta so I’m looking for a place that can accommodate double occupancy in the beginning but also will be fitting for just me to continuing living there afterwards. Preferably a place that doesn’t require a deposit. Maybe I can do partial but I’m living on my parent’s monthly allowance for now. It’s more than enough but I don’t think I’m able to afford a last month’s deposit.

But we’re both really clean! Mindful of noises and mostly indoor people. We love to go out from time to time and clean up after ourselves really well. I guess that’s the most important think when sharing a house with someone. But we’re also really friendly and we’re both pet-friendly, cannabis-friendly and LGBTQ+ friendly even though we don’t smoke anything.
