Hi! I’m looking for a clean, comfy room in a friendly, social household. I’m 30, from the UK, easygoing, responsible, and friendly!

I just moved to Toronto alone, so am currently between jobs while actively looking for work in the marketing space, and I’m also planning to continue volunteering at a radio station - which i started a couple years ago back home and fell in love with. I’m really reliable with rent and bills, and always clean up after myself in communal areas. Can pay 6 months rent upfront if necessary.

I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and considerate with noise etc. I’m always up for house dinners / chilled hangouts, but I also respect everyone’s personal space.

Ideally, I’m looking for housemates who are sociable, laid-back, and enjoy a friendly home.
