I’m currently going through a separation and looking to downsize for a while. I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful person who values peace and personal space. I don’t smoke, I only drink socially, and I prefer a place without cannabis smell. Noise isn’t an issue for me, but I’m not the type to make any myself.
