Looking for a room with shared amenties. Furnished or unfurnished. All utilities included. Older female roommate only. I am a respectful 52 year old looking for a fresh start. Living by the water would be nice as I spend allot of time outside in nature. Not so much in the winters. Im quiet and keep to myself and try not to invade someone elses place. I perfer a clean house hold. I use to be a housekeeping supervisor. Im not obsessive about it though, but like my space to be clean. Im currently not driving and perfer to walk.
