Hi, I’m quiet, easy going and generally keep to myself. I pay my rent on time, looking for somewhere I can be comfortable. I’m a part time chef so I love to cook and chill at home. I work full time hybrid during the week so would love a peaceful environment with low noise levels. Would love if my roommate and I become friends but an also okay if we just get along.
Strongly believe in keeping common areas neat and usable at all times. Hate public untidiness. Messy rooms are fine (lol sometimes I get disorganized) but common areas should be clean and tidy at all times. Hate having to clean up after anyone so would appreciate a clean/organized person.
Absolutely love pets (just cats and dogs) so don’t mind that but I don’t smoke or do drugs of any kind and would prefer someone who doesn’t as well. Drinking is fine as long as you’re not an alcoholic 😅
Looking for Ideally looking to move in the spring time(April/May) (unless I find an absolutely amazing place that I don’t mind living to in the winter😂). Budget is $1000-$1200 Strictly prefer female roommates and would also like to have a private bathroom. Don’t mind sharing kitchen as long as there’s enough fridge and storage space (lol I like to cook). Also don’t want any crazy restrictions e.g can have guests stay over (within reason), can cook whatever I want (as long as no fire alarms are set off lol) etc. prefer all utilities to be included in the rent as well.
