I am a 29 year old Christian man looking for a place to move to as soon as possible. I am currently in a month-to-month arrangement, so I can basically move whenever I want, as long as I give my landlord 30 days notice.

The main reasons that I want to move are to be closer to the things I’m involved with, and to get away from my current roommates, who don’t clean up after themselves and cause disruptive noises throughout the day and night.

I currently live in Scarborough, but my church meets at York University and I’ve been getting more involved with volunteering there, so North York would be a more ideal area for me to live since I’m already spending a lot of time there, and my primary source of income right now is doing Uber Eats deliveries, and North York is a better area for that than Scarborough, which is another reason that North York would be a better location for me.

As someone who has experience with bad roommates, and believes that we should treat others how we want to be treated, I am very aware of how to act as a roommate to others, and I’m very easy to work with if there’s anything brought to my attention that I need to improve on. I clean up after myself, respect the privacy of others, stay as quiet as possible to avoid disturbing others, and I’m always willing to listen to others and respect their opinions.
