Hi! I’m Jason. I saw your post about an available room and I am very definitely interested. Here are a few details about me. I am employed by the BC Government. I am multilingual, having spent a lot of time on two other continents. I love to cook, and use my knowledge of gastronomy and biochemistry to explore cuisines from other countries and cultures. Cleanliness is very important to me, so you won’t have any issues from my side about cleaning up own and shared spaces regularly. I have a therapy cat (SyndiCat) and he’s an indoor/outdoor cat but generally sticks around with me and doesn’t bother anyone else. His odour-free litterbox, and food/water bowls will be in my room. I have a 14-year-old who visits me 3x weekends per month. He is intellectually gifted, quiet, polite, respectful, and communicates with grown-ups at their level. He won’t get in anyone’s way and can generally be found lost in a book in some corner of the house.
