I’m peace-loving, reliable, tidy, and very respectful of shared spaces. I’m naturally quiet but friendly, and I value a calm, comfortable home environment. I don’t smoke, don’t drink, and don’t use drugs, so the space stays clean and low-maintenance. I enjoy my own downtime usually knitting, doing Sudoku, colouring, listening to podcasts, or going for walks but I’m also open to occasional hangouts with roommates when it feels right. I maintain a stable work routine near Joyce & Kingsway and have lived both near Burnaby Central Park and Downtown, so I’m used to being considerate in shared living situations. Overall, I’m the kind of roommate who keeps things simple, clean, and drama-free, and I appreciate a place where everyone respects each other’s space and energy.
