Ok here it is. I’ve always done very well for myself. But I lost my partner of 25 years few years ago, and trying to rebuild in these tight times.
I love animals and I do have a cat. She’s more of a person than an animal truly. Little spirit angel. Im OCD clean and you’ll never worry about any damage. I also have a $4000 Air purifier that deep cleans at all times. She is very well taken care. Even allergies or asthma are not a problem with this cat.
I’m taking my property management course and will be done in the next couple months. But because of a car accident I’m on disability as well.So that’s $1500 a month government guaranteed cheque. But I make way more than that nannying, and walking dogs atm. I have amazing references and am solid respectful human being. I just can’t live with 5 people anymore. I’ve always had my own place and yes it’s been a set back but its time to fly. I’m a great tenant/person. All that being said. Would love a little house on a farm. Not so much into apartments or sharing apartments. I have too much stuff. I’m used to ranchers. Id like to team up with someone who would like something bigger and be able to spend a bit more to do so. Im the sweetest caregiver you could come across if you have pets. Also huge green thumb if you need gardening or outdoor work. Also an athlete my whole life. I have a lot to offer. But definetely need reciprocated ample space as Im coming off a place with almost zero privacy. If this works for you please contact me :)
