Ok here it is. I’ve always done very well for myself. But I lost my partner of 25 years and trying to rebuild in these tight times. I love animals and I do have a cat. She’s more of a person than an animal I swear to you. Little spirit angel. Im OCD clean and you’ll never worry about any damage. I also have a $4000 Air purifier that deep cleans at all times. She is very well taken care. Even allergies or asthma are not a problem with this cat. I’m taking my property management course and will be done in the next couple months. But because of a car accident I’m on disability as well.So that’s $1500 a month government guaranteed cheque. But I make way more than that. I have amazing references and am solid respectful human being. I just can’t live with 5 people anymore. I’ve always had my own place and yes it’s been a set back but I can do better than this. I’m s great tenant and ridiculous references to prove so :) All that being said. Willing to relocate. Would love a little coach house on a farm. Not so much into apartments. Im the sweetest caregiver you could come across if you have pets. I nanny as well. And also auntie and god mom to a bunch of kids, if you have them that’s just a bonus :) Also huge green thumb if you need gardening or outdoor work. Also an athlete my whole life.
