I am a low maintenance renter with a very well mannered and trained Rottweiler who is 9 years old. She has been with me her entire life. Feeling safe and secure is a priority for me.

I work as an Instructor and TA at a university in Saskatoon. My main focus is research, studying, writing, teaching and low stress environments. I also write and do artwork in my spare time. Peace and tranquility! I rarely drink alcohol beverages, as coffee is my style & I do not do drugs nor do I want to be around drugs and alcohol environments.

I am seeking a reasonably priced room/accomodations with all utilities included that offers me privacy also.

I like to spend a lot of time alone with my Rottweiler going for walks, drives, or to book stores, and I definitely enjoy venturing out in nature. I am an animal lover!
