I keep my space very clean and I try my best to be mindful of my volume level in a shared space. I rarely have guests over (maybe once every few months) and I don’t mind cleaning up shared areas as long as I am not constantly cleaning up other’s mess.

I usually will be home from 6:30pm on weekdays and I mostly just stay in my room and game, work on music through my headphones or stream my gaming to twitch occasionally.

I am friendly and chill and don’t mind talking but I will mostly just be in my room or going out to the gym to play basketball/work out. On weekends or rare weeknights I may stream my gaming on Twitch, if volume is ever an issue I am open and willing to adjusting my schedule and trying to talk quieter.

I don’t mind helping with shoveling/snow removal in the winter, I am tall and pretty strong/athletic and working on my fitness anyways.

I have no issues living with anyone of any gender, race, sexual orientation, age…etc as long as they are respectful of me and the space we share.

I am open to communicating and adjusting if anything I do is causing any disturbance or stress to my housemates.

I do not have any pets.
