I’m 48, currently studying Hotel Management at Sundance and working on a project called Rejuvenated Souls. I’m looking for a calm, positive, and stable individual to share my home .i live in leduc and need a responsible preferablly a working person where I have my studies and personal projects that I’m working on therefore, calmness and respect is Necessary. I’m very clean, cook regularly, and always pay my share of rent on time. I also have two gentle Maine Coons, Max and Lily. They are fixed, quiet, very clean, and well-cared-for — you can barely tell they’re there. They bring joy to anyone around them and love calm, respectful company. I take exceptional care of my cats, maintain a spotless environment, and respect shared spaces. I do smoke, but only outdoors. I enjoy friendly conversation and also play guitar — calmly and considerately — so if you like a little live music from time to time, that’s a bonus.
