Hi! Im in my mid- 30s working a full time professional job. I work hybrid, half the time I work from home and half at work and I have a vehicle. I have had experience living with roommates and I will tell you that I am looking to live with someone who is considerate, respectful of others and their own space. I value a presentable clean home and would love to have a roommate who also shares this same sentiments and is very mature with healthy, consistent communication. I am not interested in pets, or smokers respectfully and prefer a space with individual bathrooms and a laundry in the home.

I am not open to downtown Toronto, nor Brampton. I also do not want to live in a basement apartment, unless it has a separate entrance and no one else is occupying the space. If you think that I sound like a good fit let me know!
