i’m an undergrad student about to go into co-op and i’m looking for a place for May, preferably with utilities included - at the very least water/hydro. my budget is up to a maximum of $1000 all in. i’m an introvert so i tend to keep mostly to myself but i’m down to hang out in small groups too! i enjoy cozy indoor activities and swimming. i care a lot about keeping shared spaces clean, quiet evenings and open communication. i’m looking to live with 1 or 2 other people!!
