Looking for 1-3 Roommate(s) to rent with in downtown TO or near subway lines

Seeking: 2-4 bed, 2+ bath, apartment or house (I’m open to different options but leaning towards a high-rise and at least 1 roommate!)

Budget: $1200-$1500

Start December 15- Jan 1 Open to short or long term lease, 8+ months ideally.

Preferences & Requirements: In-unit laundry Covered parking Well-equipped gym in building Close to TTC - ideally a subway line Real door, window and closet in bedroom Open to any gender roommates as long as we get along :) No cats sorry - I’m allergic

Locations: Downtown close to subway lines I’m not super familiar with the city but I need easy transit to the downtown hospitals near UofT

Additional Information: I’m a 24 year old nurse relocating to Toronto to start a new job in January! I’ve lived with roommates for 2 years who I didn’t know until we started living together- so I feel pretty comfortable getting to know people in this way. I’m new to Toronto and don’t know anyone who lives here so I’d ideally love to live with people I can build friendships with! ☺️ Communication between roommates is super important to me and I’m very happy to contribute to maintaining clean and tidy shared spaces. I love quiet nights at home, cooking a meal, having some wine and watching Netflix with my roommates/friends, but I also like going out fairly regularly whether it’s bars or restaurants or hosting small gatherings at home :)
