It doesn’t have to be in Sarnia but within driving distance as I work out of Sarnia.
I’m a non smoker and drinker. I work during the week and on weekend’s and go to school in the eveings so very busy and won’t be home alot.
My goal is to save money to buy a home in the next 2 years. This is why I’m posting the ad and seeking a long term arrangement.
Not interested in just a room to rent but access to the whole home. Roommate should be polite, friendly, social, easy to live and neat and clean as that is what I bring as well.
Have great references and financially secure. I would like to meet for a coffee and see if there’s a mutual respect and good communication before seeing the home or funds being exchanged.
