I am looking for a place to have a quiet existence. I am out a great deal and when I am in, I am writing or reading. As I have a close relative in care, I am often out assisting them. I do need internet, and an accessible building. I have a good credit rating, and while I have a low income I have considerable assets. I do very little cooking. I have a sense of humor, and a lot of empathy. I run a writing workshop one night a week, but I am not a partier. The age of my roomies does not matter.
