I am quiet, reliable, financially and domestically trustworthy (eg. I pay my rent on time and I am tidy). I am a good cook - ask my friends, they know. I am literate, intelligent, sober - although I do enjoy the occasional single malt - and can engage in conversation in a polite, non-judgmental way. I am a skilled musician (acoustic guitar and viola) and willingly respect the need for other tenants’ requirements for silence or quiet, calm music.
