The room is ground level bedroom with an ensuite, patio door, with lots of natural light. You’ll be sharing living space, laundry, and kitchen facilities. A quiet neighbourhood, mostly older residents. Outdoor parking is available right in front of the room. You’ll be sharing the lease with me.
I am 70 years old, retired, an active writer, musician, and cyclist, and a damn good cook. My children and grandkids live in Etobicoke, and I visit them about every six weeks. I am easy to get along with, have high expectations for financial punctuality, and am reasonably tidy. My previous roommate is moving to live closer to her daughter.
