Hi, my name is Zen (he/they). I recently accepted a full-time role in Waterloo, and I’m looking to move by early April. My budget is $800–$900 (ideally with utilities included), and I’m also flexible depending on the space and amenities.

I’ll be getting a car, so parking is important to me. I work full-time and keep a pretty consistent routine, so I’m hoping to find a place with roommates who are responsible, respectful, and generally quiet. I’m clean, easygoing, and mostly out during the day.
