Hi!! I’m a semi-retired travel ER nurse, [NON-SMOKER].
I’m interested in a short term rental that may transition into something longer (apt/shared appt) in the community for my next job contract.

I’m an animal lover, outdoors activities, fitness, scuba, yaking, MTB, ski, travel, during my downtime etc. I’m respectful of others/their things, and would most certainly hope the same in return.

I like to be sarcastic sometimes to try and make people LOL, especially during tv time. (FYI) I have tried standup comedy, haha, but i found its easier to be funnier around friends, :) but still appreciated that experience.

A typical work schedule for me are 12 hr shifts, work a few in a row, to maximize my “me time” for the aforementioned fun stuff. I may work nights/shift wrk, and doze all aft to get some good sleep. Also, I own properties back home and would naturally return there time to time for its upkeep. So it may appear that I’m always on the go lol.

JUST ASK! Beyond sharing a physical space I’ll state: My basic needs:
sleep considerations, respect of me/my things, communication, and of course privacy in my personal space.

Lastly, a shared responsibility of cleanliness and access to the shared space. (I would even consider splitting xtra cost for a cleaning service, every 2 wks to do the basics) if agreeable.

I’m easy goin, I do not have a preference of roomies(male/female). My only exception to that statement is to the limit of # bodies 1/room in the household. I’m not opposed to couples, but that xtra person would need to account in the community expenses if any. (Same idea would apply if a partner/friend of a roommate is there for an extended period or on a continually frequency.

My deal breaker is; no smoking in the domicile.
