Hello 🤗 I’m currently looking to rent a private/individual room in the Banff–Canmore area starting sometime in March. I’m a 37-year-old male (French, from France), very calm, organized, clean, discreet, and highly respectful of the place I live in. I don’t party, I value a quiet and peaceful living environment, and I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking. I will be working full-time at the Fairmont Banff Springs as a trade painter, and I’m therefore looking for a stable and quiet place to live close to my workplace. I am also the owner of my own apartment in France, so I’m used to maintaining and taking good care of the space I live in. I would be very interested in renting your room and staying long-term if it’s a good fit for both of us. I can provide references if needed, and I am financially stable.
