Hi! I’m a 27-year-old who works in real estate finance and am looking for someone to live with in the Downtown area. My two main priorities are being within walking distance to my office and having a gym in the building or nearby (just for context). As someone who spends most of my time focused on my career, I’m looking for a clean, respectful living situation with like-minded professionals.

I’m quiet and considerate with shared spaces. I keep things organized and maintain a clean environment, and I’m respectful of roommates’ schedules and privacy. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through sports and the gym, reading, and exploring Toronto as I’m new to the city. I’m generally low-key at home since my work often demands long hours.

I’m reliable, responsible, and looking for a roommate situation that prioritizes mutual respect and minimal drama. If you’re a professional who values cleanliness, quiet evenings, and a straightforward living arrangement, I think we’d be a great match!

Side notes and fun facts: I’m a bit of an astronomy nerd and as much as I’m completely fine with a roommate situation where we have mutual respect and basic interaction, I’d love to find someone I can be friends with in addition to roommates since it makes the living experience more fun!
