Looking for a team of housemates to make Squamish rental prices affordable!

I’m 31, naturally organised, somewhat outdoorsy but actually happier finding a cozy cafe where I can read my book. I’m a very respectful housemate and I’ve experienced all sorts of dynamics, from living with just one other person to a house with 10 other housemates. It’s important to me that everyone feels equal in the space, able to relax and feel at home, and be comfortable to be themselves so I try to contribute actively to this atmosphere. I’m clean and tidy, especially in communal areas, but I also like for a place to feel like a home, i.e. lived in. I’m not looking for my space to feel like a show home, or like it needs to be perfect at all times. As long is it’s not impacting other people’s use of the space I’m probably fine with it. In my free time I enjoy reading, walking, swimming, going to the gym, I’m an occasional climber, I’ve tried MTB a couple of times and would be keen to go again on the baby greens coz I’m a coward. I have a digital piano which I sometimes play (with headphones). If there’s anything else you want to know, feel free to ask!
