I spend most of my time playing games, watching movies, and reading. I enjoy jogging, and I love going out for a few drinks, and I’m a big NFL guy.

Move-in date is negotiable.

I prefer to be up around 6:00am. I work from home most days.

I’ve lived with five or six different folks since I was 19, and have never had a particularly bad experience. Only once have a person and I not meshed great, and that was a super amicable move-out, we’re still very close friends.

I’m tidy, and quieter than most roommates (I think). If I had a flaw as a roommate, I’d say it’s my tendency to really enjoy alone time — but I’d like to start doing that a little less, and as far as bad habits go, it isn’t something that affects roommates much.
