Hey! I’m a 24-year-old professional working full-time. I’m looking for a room or a teammate to hunt for a place in North York (aiming for around $1,200/month).

Lifestyle: I keep a fairly regular schedule. In my free time, I’m usually at the gym, cooking (I’m big on healthy meals/air-frying), or just relaxing.

Work: I often work from home, so I keep a quiet routine during the day. I’m also flexible to work from cafes or the office occasionally if we ever need space.

Cleanliness: I respect shared spaces and always clean up after I cook.

Logistics: I have a car, so I need a place with 1 parking spot (happy to help with Costco/grocery runs!).
