Hi there,

I can set up your stereo – if that’s still a thing for you.

I’m pretty handy, own a bunch of tools for repairs/renos/yardwork.

I appreciate clean and tidy shared spaces.

I would prefer something without existing furnishings.

My education was in broadcast and journalism, audio/video production, social media.

I have two cats, one diabetic requiring some special attention. One a young rascal.

I don’t smoke (cigarettes) but I am not against it. I would prefer it not to be inside the four walls, though… That’s what porches and garages are for.

Vaporizers and carts are a bit different, I understand.

I have a “Detective” personality, I value my alone time and can be a bit dispondant at times.

I also put others ahead of myself, too much at times. I’m not terribly rambuncious, but everyone gets excited from time to time.

I am accomodating and love visitors, though do not often have my own. You can try your best but you probably won’t be able to affect my sleep by adding social noise.

I can’t handle people that are too hot-headed. My past has left me with some scars in that area. I prefer calm, cool discourse leading to resolution.

I’m not a cook. When I do, you probably couldn’t stomach it.
