I’m a quiet, easy-going, full-time student. Finances: I have enough savings to cover my rent for a long time. I’ve never been late with rent or utilities. Conflict: I’m a low-maintenance roommate, I don’t take up much space, and I’m easy to talk to. If there’s any conflict, I’m calm, communicative, and considerate. Cleanliness: I don’t make messes (I rarely have people over, I have a small set of my own dishes that I clean myself, I don’t leave things around), and I clean after my cats (one of them has hairballs sometimes, but he’s fluffy and you can pet him). Respect: I’m quiet and easy-going, and will leave you alone if you’d like. My goal is to not make your life harder in any way (because I like the same in return 😭). Cats: My younger cat doesn’t like to be touched. They’re both very timid but my older cat likes belly rubs. They don’t bite or scratch. They’re very low drama cats. Social stuff: I read, I like trying new foods/coffee/tea/beer/wine, I play League, I’m currently watching The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and Adventure Time with two of my friends, but I sleep more than all of these things combined. Sleep is good.
